BanjaraMatch is a 100% FREE matrimonial platform exclusively serving the Banjara/Lambani/Gormati community. We provide:

• Profile creation and management services
• Matchmaking and partner search facilities
• Communication tools for registered members
• Community-specific features for cultural compatibility

Important: We are a general dating and matrimonial facilitation service focused on helping members find life partners for marriage. We do not facilitate, promote, or condone:

• Casual dating or hook-ups
• Compensated dating or companionship
• Any form of transactional relationships
• Mail-order spouse arrangements
• Exploitative or deceptive dating practices

4.1 Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it current
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Profile Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post on your profile. You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Use AI-generated profiles, deepfakes, or chatbots without clear disclosure
• Upload photos that are not of yourself
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post sexually explicit, obscene, or offensive content
• Include contact information for paid services
• Promote any commercial activities or advertisements

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in:

• Harassment or Abuse: Threatening, stalking, or harassing other members
• Discrimination: Discriminatory behavior based on caste, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics (consensual preferences based on cultural compatibility are allowed)
• Fraud or Scams: Soliciting money, financial information, or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Compensated Relationships: Offering or seeking any form of compensation for companionship, including sugar dating, escort services, or transactional arrangements
• Exploitation: Exploiting vulnerabilities, socioeconomic differences, or crisis situations
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or promotional content
• Data Mining: Scraping or harvesting user data

You may not:

• Use our brand name or logo without authorization
• Create derivative works from our platform

8. Content Moderation and Verification

We reserve the right to:

• Review, approve, reject, or remove any profile or content
• Verify user information and request additional documentation

• Investigate reports of policy violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary

9. Service Availability and Modifications

BanjaraMatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time

• Conduct maintenance that may temporarily affect availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BanjaraMatch does not guarantee results. While we strive to provide a safe and effective platform, we make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of user-provided information
• The suitability of matches or compatibility predictions
• The conduct or intentions of other users
• The outcomes of relationships formed through the platform

Background Checks: We do not conduct criminal background checks on users. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

10.1 No Matrimonial Guarantee

Important: The exchange of matchmaking profiles through BanjaraMatch is not a matrimonial offer or recommendation from BanjaraMatch. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including matrimonial relations) established through the use of our Service.

10.2 "AS-IS" Service

The Site and Service are provided "AS-IS" and BanjaraMatch expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of the Site.

BanjaraMatch makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your compatibility with individuals you meet through the Service.

10.3 Technical Disclaimers

BanjaraMatch is not responsible for:

• Any technical malfunction of telephone networks, computer systems, servers, or internet service providers
• Computer equipment or software failures
• Email delivery failures due to technical problems or traffic congestion
• Any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to use of the Service
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission

10.4 Content Liability Disclaimer

BanjaraMatch expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for:

• Any Content posted on the Site by Members, users, or third parties
• Any illegal Content posted by anyone other than BanjaraMatch
• The accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-generated Content

All liability (civil or criminal) arising from Content posted on the Site will be borne by the Member/user/third party who posted such Content. BanjaraMatch reserves the right to claim damages from such parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BanjaraMatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Conduct of users or third parties
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any harm resulting from interactions with other users

12. Account Termination

12.1 By User

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed, but some data may be retained for legal compliance.

12.2 By BanjaraMatch

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Are found to be operated by users under 18
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Remain inactive for extended periods
• Pose a risk to other users or the platform

Account termination may be immediate in cases of serious violations.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BanjaraMatch shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration laws, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Communication and Updates

By using BanjaraMatch, you consent to receiving:

• Transactional emails (profile updates, matches, messages)
• Service announcements and policy updates
• Safety tips and community guidelines

You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BanjaraMatch and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the service
• Your content or profile information
• Your interactions with other users

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BanjaraMatch regarding your use of the service.

19. No Endorsement

BanjaraMatch does not endorse any user or guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information. The presence of a profile on our platform does not constitute an endorsement of that individual.

20. Law Enforcement Cooperation

BanjaraMatch is committed to maintaining a safe and fraud-free platform. We will provide complete assistance to law enforcement agencies including the Mumbai Police (Cyber Crime Investigation Cell) or any other statutory investigation agency to tackle fraudulent or criminal users, when specifically instructed by the said authorities to do so.

21. Verification and Trust

To maintain the integrity and safety of our platform:

• You are strongly advised to submit a copy of your Government-issued ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID) to add a trust symbol to your profile
• You may be required to undergo mandatory ID verification to access certain features of the platform, including viewing contact details of other users
• BanjaraMatch reserves the right to check the authenticity of information you post on the Site through third-party verification tools/subcontractors, including verification of identity, employment, and background checks
• If you fail to provide satisfactory proof when requested, BanjaraMatch may terminate your membership without refund

22. Multiple Profiles and Impersonation

Multiple profiles of the same person are strictly prohibited. BanjaraMatch reserves the right to deactivate all duplicate profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

If you are creating a profile on behalf of your friend, sibling, or children, you hereby confirm that you have obtained their explicit permission and consent. Impersonation is a crime and punishable under various laws of India.

23. Membership on Behalf of Others

You confirm that the information provided is correct and accurate. If creating a profile for someone else:

• You must have explicit written consent from that person
• You must be authorized to act on their behalf
• The person must meet all eligibility criteria (18+ years, legally competent)
• You remain responsible for all activities on that account

24. Proprietary Rights and Content Ownership

BanjaraMatch owns and retains all proprietary rights in the website and service. The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of BanjaraMatch and/or its licensors.

You cannot:

• Copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any proprietary information
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorization
• Create derivative works from our platform
• Use any automated processes, bots, scripts, or programs to scrape, view, or interact with the Site

Any violation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund, plus legal action (civil and/or criminal).

25. Content License and Success Stories

By submitting content (including profile information, photos, messages, and contact details) to publicly accessible areas of the Site, you grant BanjaraMatch an unconditional and irrevocable license to:

• Use, store, distribute, reproduce, and display such content on the Site
• Share your profile with members of our community
• Prepare derivative works and modify content for platform optimization

Success Stories: By submitting your wedding success story, you expressly authorize BanjaraMatch to use, publish, and display your photographs and testimony on the Site and promotional materials.

26. Prohibited Content - Detailed Guidelines

The following content is strictly illegal and prohibited on BanjaraMatch. Violators will face immediate account termination, potential legal action, and reporting to authorities:

26.1 Offensive and Harmful Content

• Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual
• Harassment or advocacy of harassment of another person
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material of any kind
• Content that exploits people under 18 years in a sexual or violent manner

26.2 Fraudulent and Deceptive Content

• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Impersonation of another person or entity
• Fake or AI-generated profile photos without disclosure
• Use of chatbots or automated responses without clear disclosure

26.3 National Security and Legal Violations

• Content that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, or security of India
• Content that harms friendly relations with foreign states
• Content that disturbs public order or incites cognisable offences
• Instructional information about illegal activities (weapons, privacy violations, hacking)

26.4 Commercial and Spam Content

• Chain letters, junk mail, or spam to other members
• Commercial advertisements, contests, or pyramid schemes
• Pirated software, copyrighted material, or links to pirated content
• Telephone numbers, street addresses, URLs, or external email addresses in visible profile sections

27. Communication Guidelines

27.1 Consent to Communications

By registering on BanjaraMatch, you hereby confirm that you do not have any objection to receive:

• Emails from BanjaraMatch and other members
• SMS/WhatsApp messages for account verification, matches, and notifications
• Phone calls from interested members
• OTP messages for authentication and payment verification

This consent supersedes any registration with the Do Not Disturb (DND) Register or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).

27.2 Message Management

You can manage notification preferences in your account settings. However, you cannot opt-out of critical transactional messages (password resets, security alerts, payment confirmations).

28. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on BanjaraMatch without permission, please provide us with:

1. Electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2. Description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed
3. Description of where the infringing material is located on the Site
4. Your contact information (address, telephone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

29. Electronic Record and Digital Signatures

This Agreement is an electronic document under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules pertaining to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures to be legally binding.

31. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and registration as a Member, contains the entire agreement between you and BanjaraMatch regarding use of the Site and Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

32. Trademark

BanjaraMatch is a trademark of BanjaraMatch.com. All rights reserved.
