How to Request Account Deletion

1. Email us at support@banjaramatch.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Include your full name and any relevant account details to help us identify your account.
3. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email once your account and associated data have been deleted.

What Data is Deleted

• All personal information (name, email, profile details)
• Uploaded photos and profile images
• Chat history and messages
• Account activity and preferences

What Data is Retained

• Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes as required by law. This data will be securely stored and deleted after the mandatory retention period.
